Contemporary Table Lamps: $75 and under

Table lamps are sometimes difficult to shop for as it not only involves style selection, but sizing and light output as well.
I’ve been looking to fill some end tables in various rooms, so I was hoping to not have to spend a lot to accomplish this task. Here are some finds from Amazon in particular.
I like the simple, but attractive look to this lamp. It’s a little on the small side, so it wouldn’t exactly fit in a larger room with larger pieces, however.
Normande HN1-1481A Sanford Table Lamp, each, Polyresin lamp base
This lamp, by the same manufacturer as the above, has a bit more height to it and is also quite affordable as well.

Here is a taller lamp at about 27″ high with a simple black base and white fabric shade. The lamp is incredibly neutral and should be easy to coordinate with many styles of decor.
Black Finish Wood Tower Table Lamp
These two lamps have a bit of Asian influence to them with paper shades and rather minimalist bases.
Paper Table Lamp – Square Paper Shade
This lamp is probably the most eye-catching so far with its stacked base and square shade. I think its funky while not being too trendy and would look great in a hip, modern setting.
Exotic Retreat Table Lamp – Espresso
These lamps may well be over $75, but since they come in a pair, each lamp ends up falling well below this price range. I love the brushed steel finish and the curviness of the bases. This is a very elegant, modern pair of table lamps.
