Mail Organization

Like most people, I feel overwhelmed by the daily assortment of junk mail. Whether it be credit card offers to local store sales ads, the mail arriving day-in and day-out is simply irritating. Already spending at least 5-10 minutes daily going through and tossing out more than 50% of the arrivals, it’s been helpful to have a spot to to store said materials until sorting time.
I liked the idea of wall-mounted storage to avoid taking up counter or table surface space. It seems to keep things less cluttered that way and avoid having them become lost in a pile of unsorted mess.
For the more traditional look, I found these options. This sorter has a scrolled, black wrought iron look and key hooks for further organization.

There is a larger version offering three-tiered letter/mail storage, but I would be afraid for those that aren’t vigilant about daily mail management, the build-up from the additional storage would backfire. The black finish is pictured below, but it is available in a satin-nickel finished version as well.

For a slightly more contemporary look, I liked the below choices. They are all three-tiered, but I suppose it would allow lazy, avoid-looking-at-the-mail days.

This one has a slightly different look and is in a satin nickel finish.

For those who desire a darker finish, this one might be more to the liking.
